In Your Head is an interactive installation where imaginary creatures appear behind the participant as long as they remain still. When the participant moves, the creatures disappear. If the participant can prove that they are not afraid by holding still long enough, the monster will give up and walk away. |
I've been obsessed with the term "mind grapes" from 30 Rock. I thought I'd use face tracking to visualize them popping out of heads. |

"Paintballs" are pushed around using blob tracking. The speed/direction of the blob pushes the paintball accordingly with very simple hit/velocity detection. When it hits the edge of the screen, it splatters. Made with openFrameworks and openCV, inspired by Hall & Oates. |
